Synopsis
Portugal, July 1936. The fascist dictatorship tightens its stronghold over the country. A group of adolescents begin their summer holidays in a small village by the sea. But across the border the Spanish Civil War has just begun. Too far away for anybody to hear the roaring of the cannons but close enough to shake their lives and the draw them into a turmoil of passions that will violently mark their comming of age.
