Synopsis
The story of three half-sisters and a half-brother who don't know each other. All were brought up by their respective mothers and grandparents. All were recognized by their father, who then disappeared never to return. They never met him. Time passed... When the story begins, the father, Julius Mandenne, is aged 65 and on trial for murder. The children meet for the first time at the trial. They discover one another. They all come from different backgrounds and have all dealt with being fatherless in different ways. And yet, confronting this mystery father brings them together into a family, that indefinable bond which is both a gift and a choice...
