Complete filmography

Biography

Born in Paris, Anne Parillaud takes drama and dance class and starts in Un amour de sable (1977) then L’Hôtel de la plage (1978).
Alain Delon gives her a chance in casting her in two of his movies Pour la peau d’un flic et Le Battant, but it is Luc Besson’s Nikita that reveals her to the audience and wins her the Best Actress César Award in 1990.
From then on, she works in France as in the US and stars in Innocent Blood by John Landis (1992), 6 Days, 6 Nights by Diane Kurys (1994), Death in Therapy by Francis Girod (1996) or The Man in the Iron Mask by Robert Wallace (1998).
In 2004, she wins the Best Actrice Prize at the Paris Film Festival for Deadlines by Ludi Boeken & Michael Alan Lerner.
Solicited by reknown directors (Claude Lelouch, Catherine Breillat), she also works with young directors such as Olivier Marchal (Gangsters – 2002) or Cécile Télerman and the quite recent Thirty-five Something.
