Biography

Patrick Braoudé started his career on stage, in "Du ronron sur les blinis" that he wrote and performed (Prize for best café-théâtre play in 1982). In the mid-1980s, he co-wrote two features, "Black mic mac" and "L'Oeil au beurre noir", before directing his first movie, "Génial, mes parents divorcent" (1991). In 1994, he directed and appeared in "Neuf mois", which was a big box-office hit. He subsequently acted in Alexandre Arcady's "Dis-moi oui" and Jean-Paul Lilienfeld's "XY", before directing his third feature "Amour et Confusions".
