The association is governed by a Board of Directors composed of 50 members elected for a two-year term. The Board of Directors elects the association’s President. Its role is to approve the overall strategic goals and objectives of the association, and the resources necessary to achieve them. It reviews the budget prepared by the Executive Committee prior to submitting it for approval at the General Assembly. It reviews recommendations and proposals from the advisory Committees, and sets the amount of annual membership fees.
